Parent & Caregiver Services

Parent Clarity Session
$225.00

This is a 45-minute, focused consult for parents and caregivers who know something’s off—but don’t know where to start. This direction-setting session will help parents name what’s actually happening, understand why a challenge may be showing up, identify one or two leverage points that matter most right now, and leave with clear next steps.

What’s included:

  1. Brief Pre-Session Intake: This includes one primary concern, the child’s age and school context, and what you’ve tried so far.

  2. Focused Problem Framing: We zoom in on one child or one recurring issue, immediate environmental or relational drivers, and what not to worry about right now.

  3. Targeted Guidance and First-Step Strategy: You’ll receive 2-3 specific recommendations, language shifts, or small changes to try this week, and guidance on whether deeper systems work is warranted.

*This is not a full family systems audit, and does not include systems mapping, a full learning and behavior profile, or ongoign support.

Family Systems Deep Dive
$495.00

This is a 90-minute clarity session for parents and caregivers who know something needs to change—and want to know what and how. Parenting challenges rarely live inside a single child. They live in routines, expectations, communication patterns, school demands, stress, history, and systems that no longer fit your family.

This session is a comprehensive, science-informed audit of your family system, designed to help you understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface—and what to do next.

What’s included:

  1. Parent Intake Questionnaire: Before we meet, you’ll complete a thoughtful intake that covers family structures and dynamics, school environment and expectations, stressors, transitions, and routines, as well as your concerns, goals, and what you’ve already tried.

  2. Family Systems Audit: Together, we examine how your family system is currently functioning, including roles and patterns within the family, expectations versus capacity, points of friction and overload, where breakdowns occur, and the root cause.

  3. Family Systems Mapping: I visually map your family system so you can see how dynamics interact, where pressure is building, and what’s supporting your child—and what’s unintentionally working against them.

  4. Child Learning and Behavior Profile: Using your intake and our conversation, I create a profile that looks at how your child learns best, what their behavior is communicating, regulation, stress response, and developmental needs, and environmental factors impacting their behavior both at home and at school.

  5. Immediate, Actionable Recommendations: You’ll leave with clear, prioritized next steps, practical changes you can implement right away, guidance on what not to focus on, and recommendations for school communication, routines, or supports if needed.

*This is not a diagnosis, one-size-fits all parenting program, or surface-level consultation.

Ongoing Family Systems Consulting
$1,950.00

This is three months of sustained, expert support for families ready to create lasting change. Some families require consistent, informed guidance while change is happening, and this package provides structured, strategic adjustments and professional insight as your family implements new systems at home and school.

Together, we will build and refine family systems that actually fit your life, support behavior and learning changes as they unfold, align home and school expectations, and reduce parent overwhelm through consistent guidance.

What’s included:

  1. Monthly Strategy Sessions: This engagement begins with a comprehensive  Family Systems Deep Dive to establish a clear foundation for ongoing work. Afterwards, there will be three 60-minute sessions that focus on reviewing what’s working and what isn’t, adjusting to routines, expectations, and communication, anticipating upcoming stressors or transitions, and refining strategies based on real-life feedback.

  2. Written Family Systems Plans: You’ll receive clear, written guidance that may include home routines and expectations, behavior support strategies, learning and regulation supports, and parent language and communication shifts.

  3. School Support (As Needed): Support in this area may include guidance on communicating with teachers or administrators, reviewing school plans, emails, or concerns, helping parents prepare for meetings, and translating school feedback into actionable home strategies.

  4. Between-Session Support: Light, structured support between sessions such as brief check-ins or clarification questions, adjustments to plans as needed, and reassurance when things feel wobbly (because they will).

*This is not 24/7 access, emergency or crisis intervention or therapy or diagnosis.
